Whetstone Wanderers vs Ruislip Athletic
Whetstone Wanderers U23s hosted Ruislip Athletic in round 2 of the Middlesex Sunday Intermediate Cup on Sunday last. Wanderers had reached the second round via a successful penalty shoot out against Harefield United Sunday, following a 2-2 draw. Ruislip Athletic had drawn a bye in the first round.

Daniel Vincent equalised for the visitors after an hour’s play but central striker, Alfie Embleton won the game for Wanderers, with a superb goal in the 72nd minute.
