Middlesex FA is delighted to announce that Pete Sturgess (The FA’s 5-11 Technical Lead) will be returning to Rectory Park to deliver the England DNA Foundation Phase CPD on Wednesday 27th March 2019.

Pete will share an in-depth insight into what the Foundation Phase player looks like and how we can provide an environment that helps maximise the potential of our youngest players. Delivering a mixture of theory and practical, the CPD will cover:

• Age phase priorities for players aged 5-11
• An insight into how we as coaches can shape attitudes and behaviours for this age group
• Practical examples for working with Foundation phase players
• Q&A session with Pete Sturgess
