Volunteering in Middlesex

1.4 million individuals volunteer in football nationally without them the game simply wouldn’t exist.

At Middlesex FA one of our strategic priorities for 2024-2028 focuses on developing a valued network of volunteers, coaches and referees. Our goal is to ensure a more supported, connected and empowered volunteer workforce in grassroots football that is representative of Middlesex’s diverse community.

To do this, we are focusing on supporting our club and league network to recruit new volunteers and retain existing volunteers whilst creating football environments for the workforce to thrive. So whether you are looking to recruit new volunteers for your club or league or looking to share some of your own time to support grassroots football, we can help!

To all our volunteers making football in Middlesex happen, we want to thank you for your time and expertise enabling football in Middlesex to continue to grow.
