CSR FC named England Football Accredited Club of the Month for February 2025!
Middlesex FA is proud to announce that CSR FC have been named as its England Football Accredited Club of the Month for February 2025.
CSR are a One Star England Football Accredited Club with 6 teams from Under 9s through to Under 12s with almost 100 registered female & male players. Their teams play in the Harrow Youth League, Harrow Soccer Combination, Junior Premier League, Girls Super League & the Hertfordshire Girls Football Partnership League.
They work to ensure they have a positive coaching and a focus on personal growth and development with the aim to equip their players with the skills and mindset to excel on the field and off the field. They believe in the transformative power of sports to build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience in their players.
The club became an England Football Accredited Club in May 2023 and have worked to ensure that all coaches & managers within the club meet the coaching criteria associated with an Accredited Club by renewing their Accreditation status for the 2024/25 season.
CSR stands out as the first club this season to achieve a perfect score during a Football Watch Visit, with the CSR FC Under 12 Girls Team earning a ten for player behaviour, coach behaviour, and spectator behaviour. Football Watch is an initiative that observes and evaluates matchday behaviour, ensuring that players, coaches, and spectators uphold the grassroots codes of conduct and contribute to a positive football environment.
The CSR players demonstrated exceptional teamwork and sportsmanship, showing respect to their opponents both during and after the match with three cheers and handshakes. The coach and spectators played a key role by allowing the players to focus on the game, offering only constructive and encouraging support, which fostered a positive and respectful atmosphere.
Speaking to Middlesex FA’s Investigations & Behaviours Officer, Louis Dowse, on what the club has done recently, he said “CSR’s commitment to developing players of all abilities and prioritising their welfare is highly impressive. The coaches consistently work hard to support and guide players of all abilities, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment. The players consistently display excellent teamwork, supporting each other both on and off the pitch. Additionally, the club's diversity, with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, contributes to an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved.”
Congratulations to CSR FC, from everybody at Middlesex FA!
