Three vacancies at Middlesex FA

Following a recent restructure, we are recruiting for three new roles to join our team.

Middlesex FA are delighted to be recruiting for three new positions to join our dynamic and growing team. 

Following the recent restructure announcement to align with our four year strategy, we are looking for candidates to bring their skills and experience to the team as we deliver upon the five main pillars of:

  • Enhancing Playing Choices and Opportunities
  • Promoting Equal Opportunities for Women & Girls to Play
  • Building and Improving Facilities
  • Addressing Poor Behaviour
  • Developing a Valued Network of Volunteers, Coaches, and Referees

Development & Workforce Lead

We are looking for a Development & Workforce Lead to provide strategic planning and support for the development and workforce team, primarily focussed on delivering the Middlesex FA Grassroots Football Strategy.

As well as this, the role encompasses developing and celebrating volunteers to effectively develop and deliver grassroots football, including raising standards of coaching and ensuring a safe and inclusive game.

Volunteering is a key focus in our new 2024-2028 Strategy and therefore it is important to ensure that we continue to make a positive impact in this area of work.

Women’s Community Football Officer

We are looking for a Women’s Community Football Officer to transition the UEFA Women’s Euro Legacy programme to the development of community football for women and teenagers (14+ years).

As well as this, the role encompasses strategic planning and support for the wider women’s and girl’s game supporting sessional and team-based football, including raising standards and ensuring a safe and inclusive game.

Women’s & Girl’s football is a key focus in our new 2024-2028 Strategy and therefore it is important to ensure that we continue to make a positive impact in this area of work.

Investigations & Safeguarding Support

We are looking for an Investigations & Safeguarding Support to help administer the County FA’s discipline and safeguarding workload in-line with the FA guidelines, rules and regulations. 

As well as this, the role encompasses providing excellent customer service, including supporting use of the FA Club Portal, to drive safer practices in grassroots football.

Tackling poor behaviour and progress the games governance are key focuses in our new 2024-2028 Strategy and therefore it is important to ensure that we continue to make a positive impact in this area of work.
