Middlesex FA is delighted to announce that Michelle Parker has been named as its TeamFeePay Volunteer of the Month for November 2024.

Michelle has been with our Three Star England Football Accredited Club, Ickenham Youth F.C, for nearly ten years where she holds many roles within the club including Treasurer, Accreditation Officer, Player Registration Officer and Trustee. 

Michelle has been described as the driving force behind everything the club does, finding the time to support all areas of the club, whilst holding down a full time job. She is very organised & knows exactly what is going on across all the teams which cover 600 members. 

Without all the background work that Michelle carries out the club would not function as it does.

Communication and organisation is vital in everything that Michelle does within the club with everything documented throughout the club.  Michelle talks to coaches, parents and players and makes sure the club has the image & reputation it does. She pushes the rest of the club forward and everything she does is for the young players in the club.

Speaking to Club Secretary Zoe Robinson on the impact Michelle has made within the club, she said “This amazing lady deserves to be recognised for her unwavering dedication, passion & commitment to our club. She is always going above & beyond. Well done Michelle!”

A parent at the club also commented "Michelle has been invaluable to the clubs growth & development. Its volunteers like her that make the heart of grassroots football so special and IYFC are incredibly fortunate to have Michelle as part of the leadership team."

Each month, Middlesex FA want to recognise and celebrate the hard work of its volunteers within the County. Volunteers can often be the unsung heroes of grassroots football, from everybody at Middlesex FA, congratulations to Michelle and thank you for all that you do!
