Coach Education Update
Middlesex FA HAVE BEEN WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE FA REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF COACH EDUCATION COURSES.
We have some important updates regarding the restart of our coaching course programme for those learners who have had their active courses postponed from March onward.
- Communications to learners about the status of their course have started to be sent out. Booked learners will receive an email about their course over the next two weeks.
- Priority will be given to courses which had already started in March.
- Level 2 in-situ visits COVID-19 guidance has been shared with tutors and any learners should contact their tutors to organise their in-situ visits.
PLEASE NOTE: We have created a COVID-19 Code of Conduct for our courses going forward, we would encourage you to give these a read before attending your course.
THE POSTPONEMENT OF NEW COURSES
Courses have been postponed since March 2020 and, as a result, we have a large back log of learners who are yet to complete their booked course. As a result of this we are prioritising the delivery of our coach education programme for those learners who have already booked and paid for one of our courses.
We recognise this is disappointing; however, our priority must be on making sure learners who have paid but have had courses postponed due to COVID-19 can complete their qualification.
For more information and updates about our courses, please visit our website and I advise that you follow our Twitter (@Middxfa) for updates.
In the meantime, there are online CPD courses which can be completed at: http://www.thefa.com/learning/courses/cpd. Likewise, you can also complete the FA Playmaker, a free online entry-level football course perfect for anyone interested in taking a more active role in grassroots football: http://www.thefa.com/learning/courses/the-fa-playmaker.
