Middlesex FA is looking for a Football Development Officer to join our growing team. The post is wholly funded by the Football Association and is offered on a three year contract (subject to funding), to be based in our new state of the art facility at Rectory Park, Northolt.
This exciting role offers the right candidate the chance to join a growing team at an exciting time for the Association. The post is available on a Full Time contract and will report directly into the Head of Participation and Development.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for developing, managing and monitoring a local development plan with partners for all of football within a number of local authority areas. The Officer will identify and establish effective relationships with key local partners who can assist in the delivery of football objectives and will lead key projects as requested in line with the delivery of the Middlesex FA strategic plan.
The successful candidate will have strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with evidence of developing and delivering plans to support objectives. They will have experience in managing budgets and developing, maintaining and strengthening partnerships with others both inside and outside the organisation.
