FAQS
Frequently asked questions about Cups and Competitions
Due to The FA’s guidance, no physical exchange of Team Sheets will occur. Therefore this has been taken online. Please complete the Editable PDF found above following the instructions listed on the form.
All completed Team Sheets post-match need to be immediately emailed to countycups@middlesexfa.com, failure to do so may result in a fine.
Each Team Manager should receive a SMS from
FullTime to report the results. Results must be text immediately after a game
has finished. If you did not receive this, please contact countycups@middlesexfa.com.
If you have not heard from the opposition within the time limit detailed in the Cup Rules, please email countycups@middlesexfa.com.
Please confirm with the home team, and if showing incorrectly, please email countycups@middlesexfa.com to update FullTime.
If the referee communicates directly to the club that he/she cannot fulfil the appointment, the club should communicate this to countycups@middlesexfa.com as soon as possible who will work to ensure the official is replaced.
If your club cannot fulfil a fixture, please email countycups@middlesexfa.com immediately. If you do not contact (and receive confirmation) from Middlesex FA about your inability to fulfil the fixture, a fine will normally be incurred (further details in the Rule Book).
The costs of the official(s) are shared between the two clubs (unless otherwise stated in the rules). Officials should be paid (in cash) before the game starts.
