Chief Executive Officer

Kayleigh has been with the Association since June 2012 working as a Football Development Officer before being promoted to Head of Football Services in September 2017 and appointed CEO in 2022.

In her role, Kayleigh is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Association and delivering the priorities and targets of the Associations’ Strategy.

Sharon Porter

Management Administrator

Sharon has recently re-joined Middlesex FA in September 2022. Previously working as a Designated Safeguarding Officer for the Association from April 2018 until July 2021. In this current role she is responsible for supporting the CEO and the Senior Management Team with administrative and finance processes, supporting our volunteers on the Board and Council, and phone and email support to our customers.

Outside of the office Sharon loves caring for her dog and travelling. She also volunteers for the Child Protection In Sport Unit with the NSPCC.

Commercial & Partnerships Manager

Having joined the Football Services Team in January 2023, Nick moved into the Commercial & Partnership role in October 2023 to manage our external relationships with key partners in line with the MFA strategy. Now his playing days are behind him, Nick can be found refereeing local matches or on the golf course at the weekend.

Football services team

Daniel May

Daniel May

Head of Football Services

Daniel joined Middlesex FA in April 2018 as Football Services Administrator. In February 2020 he took up the role of Workforce Development Officer. In September 2022, Daniel became the Interim Head of Football Services, before securing the role full time shortly after.

Daniel's responsibilities include leading the Football Services team to govern the game in Middlesex, overseeing Safeguarding, Discipline, County Cups, Affiliation and Sanctioning.

He’s retired from 11v11 football but is a cat in goal in his weekly 6-a-side league.

Louis Dowse

 

Louis Dowse

Football Services Officer – Investigations and Behaviours.

Louis started work with Middlesex FA in October 2024 and is responsible for all things related to investigations and behaviours throughout grassroots football in the county. 

Outside of the office, Louis is a big Arsenal fan and plays in a local 11-a-side team.

Football Services Officer (Club & Leagues)

Jacob started work with Middlesex FA in November 2015 holding a number of roles within the organisation and is currently the lead point of contact for all club and league enquiries including organisation of the County Cups competitions. 

Outside of the office, Jacob plays in goal for a local side and is a Level 7 Referee.

Referee Development Officer

Daryl has been with Middlesex FA since July 2024 and is responsible for the Recruitment, Retention, Development and Progression of Match Officials throughout the county. 
 
Outside of the office, Daryl operates as a Referee at Step 3-6 of the National League System.

Neal Hickey

Head of Participation & Development

Neal has been with Middlesex FA since November 2022. In this role his main responsibilities are leading facility development & investment across Middlesex, overseeing women’s & girls’ football and managing and supporting the Participation & Development team.

Outside of the office he is a big Saint Patricks Athletic fan, and coaches a Women’s football team and a team of young disabled athletes in football.

Paul Sharpe

Football Development Officer (Coach)

Paul joined Middlesex FA in July 2005 and as Coach Development Officer he is now responsible for the support & development of the coaches in the County and leads on ensuring the Association’s member clubs meet the standards on & off the pitch through the England Football Accreditation programme.

Outside the office, Paul is a Luton Town season ticket holder and a coach with a local ladies team.

Andrew Perren

Andrew Perren

Participation Development Officer

Andy has been with Middlesex FA since August 2008 and worked as the Association's Recreational Football Development Officer until February 2018 when he assumed the role of Centre Manager for the Association's new HQ, Rectory Park, in April 2022, Andrew moved back into the Development Team, and took up the role of Participation Development Officer.

In this role, Andy's main responsibility is to develop, manage and monitor local development and delivery with all partners.

Inclusion Development Officer

Dan started his role with Middlesex FA in August 2022 and leads on the County’s Inclusion work. This involves overseeing the development of new affiliated and recreational opportunities within the disability pathway, as well as embedding Equality & Inclusion across the organisation and within local clubs. Outside of the office, Dan regularly coaches a PAN Disability session and plays in a local 11-a-side team.

Football Development Officer - Women's Recreational and Volunteering

Kate joined the team in January 2023 and looks after the development of Women’s football in the county. Outside the office she coaches a Women’s football team, plays for a local club and is a big Arsenal Women’s fan!

Facilities & Investment Officer

Ella joined the team in July 2024 and she is responsible for increasing accessibility to good-quality grass pitches & facilitating the allocation of small grants. A significant part of this includes liaising with local authorities, affiliated clubs and charities such as the Football Foundation.

Natasha started at Rectory Park’s Centre Manager in June 2022 and ensures the smooth running of the facility 7 days a week. From pitch bookings to key events, catering to safeguarding; she ensures a fun, safe and friendly environment can be enjoyed by all, along with her fantastic team!

Jacqueline Luckhurst

Jacqueline Luckhurst 

Duty Manager

Jacqueline joined the Rectory Park team in August 2019, Jacqueline came in as our on-site receptionist to welcome our guests to the centre and made an instant impact, being awarded employee of the quarter in December 2019. During the pandemic, the Rectory Park team restructured and Jacqueline became a Duty Manager further supporting the running of the centre. Since then, Jacqueline has remained in post, leading on health and safety within the centre. She is passionate about keeping the users safe at all times which includes the QR Codes required to enter the facility, which Jacqueline polices when on shift.

Renata Baran

Centre Custodian

Renata has been a part of the team since 2021 and became full time in April 2024. Her work ensures that Rectory Park can offer its customers a clean, safe and pleasant experience with every visit.
